| Franz Rademacher |
|
Franz Rademacher (1906-1973) was a diplomat who was in charge of Judenreferat D III (Jewish Unit) of Abteilung D (Germany Section) of the Auswärtiges Amt from 1940 till 1943. This placed him in direct contact with Eichmann.
After an abortive attempt by his immediate superior – Martin Luther – to topple Von Ribbentrop, Rademacher was sacked and sent to the front. Abteilung D was closed down and the ‘Jewish matters’ became the responsibility of Inland II and Von Thadden. |
